Our first and most important goal is to start a non profit organization, so all your monetary donations will become tax deductible. Until then, Uncle Sam does not allow your monetary gifts to be considered as "donations" and are not tax deductible. Starting a non profit organization takes time, and is very costly. We have worked too hard on this project for the past two years and we are not just going to drop the ball now. So instead we have chosen to continue with our mission to help, and become the light in the dark for those in need. By accepting your monetary gifts and items that will be sold on line auctions, we will use the proceeds for this mission to reach our goals, but we will pay IRS their tax from the proceeds so they will not get upset with us.
